Hiding 1/2 block off the main drag on Cruise night, must have a quota to meet

Lousy PR campaign La Mesa has, I wouldn't bother going there if it weren't for the few incredible cars you can find there every Thursday night. I won't bring mine there though. Meter maid is giving tickets to all the hot rods without money in the meter, right up til 5 pm... why not just hang out a sign saying "no cars wanted here!"
