Saving the best for last, Gypsy or Circus wagon?

Long term, expensive storage.

What do you think? The ultimate rare one of a kind? My guess... 1920's gypsy or circus wagon for living on the road, modern wheels added long after it was made, the interior looks 1880's Victorian.
