Introducing Paris's Vélib' bike-sharing and Autolib' electric vehicle-sharing programs. Now you can get around the city on both, without having to own either.

Autolib' is a similar concept to an electric vehicle rental pool in San Diego called car2go who recently had 6,000 members signed up in the first 100 days of the program.
