No Joke: Ford Celebrates Bacon Day with Pork-Wrapped Fiesta that will Make "Tennessee Hillbillies" Happy

At first, we thought it was a joke and checked our calendar, but as it turns out, Ford is dead serious about celebrating International Bacon Day on August 31, which happens to be held on the same day that the United States celebrates Labor Day.

"Ford is announcing the availability of custom bacon graphics that pork purists can have installed on their new Fiesta," said the Detroit automaker in a statement, with bacon specialist, Allan Benton, CEO of Benton’s Country Hams, also chipping in.
