GM Recalls 22,000 New Silverado and Sierra Pickups for Faulty Seats

General Motors has announced the recall of exactly 21,721 full-sized pickups on the grounds of them having been fitted with seats that may not meet federal regulation for rear impact safety. The vehicles involved are the new GMC Sierra and Chevy Silverado pickups, both from the 2014 model year, and only the ones that have manually-adjusting seat backs are involved. Read more »
