What Happened? Watch Police Car Slam Into Barriers During Washington DC Car Chase

A graphic video from yesterday’s Washington D.C. car chase was brought to our attention by one of our reader in the comments section. The raw footage taken by an eyewitness shows a speeding police car slamming into barriers at Capitol Hill. We don’t get to see from the video if the chased car had passed earlier, we only see it crashing at high-speed into the barriers.

While we don’t know for sure whether the driver simply didn’t see the obstacle or the barriers emerged from the ground at that exact moment, it’s definitely something that needs to be explained.
