It's a rhetorical question, but how many children have to suffer and even die in overheated cars for parents to stop leaving them inside their vehicles unattended? It’s baffling if you think about it, yet it happened again and this time, it was recorded on film when a mother allegedly left her two children locked inside a Jeep Wrangler at a Texas strip mall.
