Nissan Leaf Could Get Next-Gen Battery Before Next Gen-Model
Nissan is reportedly considering giving the current shape Nissan Leaf a battery pack with tech that will be featured on the next-gen model.
Apparently, the automaker “may be preparing” to use a 30 kWh battery pack that offers up to 105 - 110 claimed miles of autonomy - the 2016 Leaf is promised to deliver twice the current model's range, so it clearly isn't the exact pack which that car will use.
