In July 2015, for the eleventh consecutive month, the Honda CR-V was the best-selling SUV/crossover in America.

Ford's second-ranked Escape was 2532 units back of the CR-V. The last utility vehicle to unseat the CR-V – the Toyota RAV4, way back in August of last year – slipped 0.3% to 26,709 units, more than 5000 sales behind the Honda.
The CR-V's 11% increase is noteworthy for such a high-volume vehicle, but it pales in comparison to the improvements posted by some of the other top-selling SUVs and crossovers.
The fourth-ranked Nissan Rogue jumped 51% to 25,081 units in July. Ford's Explorer, Police Interceptor-inclusive, shot up 23% to 23,381 July sales.
In all, 16 of the 20 best-selling SUVs and crossovers in America posted improved July sales. Meanwhile, the majority of cars on this month's list of the 20 best-selling cars posted declining July volume.
Historical monthly and yearly sales figures for any of these best-selling SUVs and crossovers can always be accessed through the dropdown menu at GCBC's Sales Stats page, and for those not viewing the mobile version of this site, near the top right of this page, as well.
