Top 30 Best-Selling Vehicles In Canada - July 2015
Canada's 30 most popular vehicles produced six out of every ten new vehicle sales during the month of July 2015. Despite losses posted by the most popular vehicle line (Ford's F-Series), and the most popular car (Honda's Civic), and the best-selling minivan (Dodge Grand Caravan), and the top-selling SUV (Ford Escape), the overall industry rose by 0.5%.

That gain of fewer than 1000 extra sales compared with July 2015 occurred in spite of the massive losses posted by the four aforementioned vehicles. They collectively plunged 15%, a loss of 4598 sales. In July 2014, the F-Series, Civic, Grand Caravan, and Escape earned 17.3% of all Canadian new vehicle sales. That figure slid to 14.6% in July 2015.
And yet they held their positions. The F-Series outsold the second-ranked Ram P/U by 1681 units. The Civic finished July with 833 more sales than the next-best-selling car, Hyundai's Elantra. The Grand Caravan outsold the second-ranked minivan, Toyota's Sienna, by more than 3.5-to-1. The Escape finished ahead of the second-ranked Nissan Rogue to the tune of two extra sales.
Compared with July 2014, the Toyota Camry, Nissan Versa, Honda Accord, and Chevrolet Equinox have all been removed from the top 30 list. In their places you'll find the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Kia Soul, Honda HR-V, and Ford Explorer.
