V2.13 KTAG K-TAG Firmware V6.070 ECU Programming Tool Master Customer Problem Solved!
I have one KTAG ECU Programming Tool(SE80-C) that I bought from you one month ago. Yesterday, I used the KTAG to do two ecu. The first one BOSCH EDC16+ FORD/PSA (P66) can work normally and does not need to connect the power cable like the picture show:
When I try to do another ecu BOSCH EDC17 C01 XROM TC1796 MERCEDES(P222), it prompts that "Communication error please check powerand connection.". I tried with several power cabels. But still communication error. What is wrong?
Customer Service: Please try to do the first ECU. If the first ecu is ok, it means that the KTAG device is good. The reason maybe the second ecu is bad or the connection with the power cable is not right.
