PIWIS Tester 2 Development/ Engineer Mode, what can do?

With piwis tester 2 clone or original AllScanner VCX-Plus mux, three modes exists but only two modes can be available-- E (engineer/development) mode with German, V (aftersales)  mode with multi-language. Details of PIWIS Tester 2 V16.2 Engineer/Development Mode is offered.
