Customer Question: I ordered the Porsche Piwis Tester II V16.2 with CF-30 Laptop(second hand) from you one week ago. I got the package yesterday. When I started the orsche Piwis Tester II software, it asked "Would you like to send the existing VAL files now?". Here is the screen shot. Can you help me?


Solution: Please click "no". Then enter the Porsche Piwis Tester II software main menu. Choose setting option. The close the VAL upload function. Then your problem will be solved.
